We work with an experienced facilitator to create your Strategic Plan. This will include creating your core values, core purpose, your vision and the key initiatives/projects that need to be undertaken. We offer periodic support to ensure you stay on track with your Strategic Plan. For best results we review the Strategic Plan over 2 days annually.
Business Plans
Our business planning approach is a process which results in creating your 12 month business goals and completing an Action Plan listing the actions that you have decided to implement in the next 12 months including timing thereof. We offer periodic support to ensure you stay on track with your Business Plan.
Accountability / Advisory Meetings
We offer monthly or quarterly accountability/advisory meetings. This is to bring structure and discipline to the management of your business. These meetings help you to significantly improve the performance of your business and achieve your business goals. These meetings are a great way of supporting you to achieve your Strategic & Business Plan.
Advice
We are on hand to meet your needs, from structuring a business to ongoing advice. We encourage you to communicate with us prior to undertaking any significant transaction or change in direction in order to maximize your benefits and to avoid mistakes which can be costly.
Accounting
We prepare your financial reports annually, quarterly or monthly as required. This may involve us processing your accounts from start to finish or assisting you to prepare your own. We are on hand to deal with any queries you may have along the way or advice you may need.
Taxation
We prepare income tax returns for all entity types. Our accountants will attend to your annual income tax return, business activity statements and associated reports such as payroll tax and workers compensation reports so that you can focus on your business and your income producing activity.
Self Managed Super
Our services include preparation of annual financial statements and income tax return as well as taxation advice.
Estate Planning
At Lark Business Advisory we regard Estate Planning as critical to protecting your wealth and plans for the future. We help you consider taxation implications and work with your solicitor (or refer you to one) to achieve the right outcome for you.
